IT Recruiter – Full Cycle

JOIDY is an IT company that builds innovative products and is actively growing. We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successfully closing positions and building strong talent pipelines.

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, professional communities, and job platforms
• Use Boolean and X-Ray search techniques for effective sourcing
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process (full-cycle) up to the offer stage
• Maintain and update the candidate database in internal systems (Monday)
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (full-cycle)
• At least 1 year of experience in outsourcing or outstaffing companies
• Experience working with LinkedIn, Djinni, and other professional hiring platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
• English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
• Ukrainian — Native
